Kayoce Labs LLC provides website design, development, and AI integration services for small businesses. All projects begin with a free mockup. No payment is required until you approve the direction of your project.

SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number through any Kayoce Labs web form, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your project or service. Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Free Mockup

Our free mockup offer is provided with no obligation. You are under no contract or payment requirement to receive a mockup.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon between Kayoce Labs and the client before any work beyond the free mockup begins. All fees are outlined in a separate client agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their website files. Kayoce Labs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Kayoce Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
